Swimmers in this group have an advanced knowledge of all strokes and competitions and wish to continue to swim competitively and develop a higher level of swim fitness. 

Required attendance for this group is 70-75% which is 4+ practices per week.

• Please refer to our Team Schedule for times for both Palm Springs and Indio High School locations. 

 Developmental Goals: 

• Continue a higher level of interval training.
• Introduced to a higher level of dry-land training.
• Maintain consistent stroke rates and times in training sets.
• The swimmer understands the importance of doing quality work in the classroom and will complete his or her homework on time.

Competition:

Swimmers in this group are expected to attend Blue Red, and White level meets, Invitationals, Junior Olympic Championships, and compete in all four strokes and all distances offered in their age-group.

Requirements:

• Upon reaching an aerobic training level of performing 6 x 100 freestyle on 1:30.
• Achieved Blue times and above for their age group.
• Recommendation by their group coach - *Head Coach may make any group advances as needed*
