This group is for swimmers age 11 and under who have a basic knowledge of all four competitive strokes and wish to continue to expand their knowledge of swimming, and start developing a better fitness level.

Please refer to our Team Schedule for times for both Palm Springs and Indio High School locations. 

Prerequisites:

• Able to demonstrate the skills needed to swim all four strokes and turns.
• Must be able to swim 50's of stroke without stopping.

Competitions:

Swimmers in this group are preparing to attend Red and White level swim meets, and compete in all four strokes.
